AATC is a joint venture between Thales Training & Simulation and ATR Toulouse.
AATC is a provider of both pilot and maintenance training and is well placed to fulfill any of your requirements wet or dry.
Situated within easy reach of Bangkok Suvarhubumi Airport, our training facility offers a modern training environment, ACOS/GNSS groundschool and qualified instructors if required.
Both our Level D ATR42/72 simulators are certified by the JAA (French DGAC) under JAR-FSTD-A for all 4 aircraft versions 42-300, 42-500, 72-200 and the 72-210A (72-500) and have also been approved by, amongst others, Thailand, Vietnam, Botswana, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Philippines, Rumania, China, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, South Africa, UAE, PNG, Tanzania and Myanmar authorities.
2 full mock ups, configurable to all ATR 42/72 versions are also available.
You may know that living costs in our part of the world make crew allowances and hotel costs significantly lower than you will get at other training centres. For example, we have negotiated very competitive rates at excellent 4-star hotels about 10 minutes taxi drive away from our centre. Rates currently start from about $35 per night for a twin/double room with breakfast and taxi fares are only about $2 each way.
